Following the reveal of the upgraded Bumblebee, director Michael Bay has announced the Decepticon Barricade is returning for Transformers: The Last Knight and revealed the first look at the Transformer.
The villain previously appeared in the first Transformers film and the 2011 third feature Transformers: Dark of the Moon, but was absent in 2009’s Revenge of the Fallen and Age of Extinction.
Michael Bay returns to the director’s chair for the film, which is set to be written by Iron Man scribes Art Marcum & Matt Holloway and Ken Nolan (Black Hawk Down). Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Don Murphy and Tom DeSanto will produce the sequel.
Transformers: The Last Knight will debut in theaters on June 23, 2017.
