Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Terry Crews appeared at the Television Critics Association press tour toay and says he hopes to reprise his Deadpool 2 character of Bedlam for a third film in the series.
Bedlam was one of the members of Deadpool’s X-Force in the film, a team that appeared all too briefly in the final feature. When we last saw him, his character was on life support and so could return:
“They were trying to revive me so you didn’t see me get cut up or head cut off. There’s always something. I would love to come back for ‘Deadpool 3′” he tells Vital Thrills.
He also confirmed the trailers and posters highlighting Bedlam’s role was a “troll from the beginning” and feels bad about misleading fans. The comments come as the film’s gag reel and a deleted X-Mansion scene have. gone online to tie in with the Digital HD release of the film this week.
Deadpool 2’s disc release is on August 21st.
