Thor: Ragnarok is set on both on Asgard and Earth, but the the main location for the movie is the planet Sakaar – a colorful wasteland.
While having different origin story than the comics, Sakaar in the film is ruled over by The Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum) who holds battles in a gladiatorial arena where Thor and Hulk will fight it out.
Now we have a pic of a scale model of the planet. The model, which boasts an obvious Jack Kirby and Walt Simonson influence, is on display at Marvel’s Art Exhibit in Brisbane, Australia – a museum just a short drive from where the movie was filmed.
Thor: Ragnarok comes to cinemas in November.
