Samsung said the cellular variants of the Gears S2 Classic smartwatch will reach AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless on March 11.
The Gear S2 supports 3G and HSPA 4G for connectivity. The Gear S2 can make/receive calls on its own, send and receive messages, as well as sync apps without a nearby smartphone.
The wearable has a 1.2-inch screen with rotating bezel to control the Tizen operating system. Pricing is being set by the individual carriers.
