Merge Games Ltd. recently announced that it has signed a deal with publisher Digerati to release a boxed version of The Coma: Recut for the PlayStation Vita. Released months ago in late September 2017 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, the cult hit mystery will be available for Sony’s portable system this May.

Nick Alfieri, Digerati Managing director says about the announcement:

We’ve been anticipating the possibility of finally bringing fans a physical copy of The Coma: Recut for the [sic] PSVita. Thanks to Merge Games, we can finally deliver on this promise and the quality of their work speaks for itself!

In The Coma: Recut, gamers play as Korean high school student, Youngho, who is being pursued by a killer while trapped in Sehwa High’s nightmarish hallways. Players will need to survive, hide from a psychotic maniac pursuing you relentlessly, and explore their way through a dark mystery in this remastered version of the game.

Luke Keighran, Merge Games’ Managing Director also stated in the announcement:

Merge Games is delighted to be working with Digerati. I’m confident that having the opportunity to add a boxed version of The Coma: Recut to their collection will be very exciting for fans.

The Coma: Recut will release in May on the PlayStation Vita for $34.92. Those looking to pre-order the game should bookmark Signature Edition Games’ website for when the listing goes live. You can check out the game’s launch trailer below:
