Just when you thought is was safe to pick up the video camera…the producers of Paranormal Activity are coming back to terrify you. 2014 is not just bringing one but two Paranormal Activity films leaving 2013 completely absent of a new entry in the series.
The year kicks off on January 3, 2014 with Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones – this is the Latino spin-off entry that has been rumored for a while now. Paranormal Activity 5, meanwhile, is expected to resume the series on October 24, 2014. No writer or director has been set apparently, in spite of our sources telling us that the film was “good to go” for this October.
So, “The Marked Ones” – does it concern those indirectly affected by the events of the Paranormal Activity series or are they just spinning off a new tale altogether? We’ll keep you updated as news breaks.
