Forza Horizon

Two more games have been added to the Xbox One’s backwards compatibility program.

As announced by Microsoft’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, these are Forza Horizon and Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse. Forza Horizon is one of the free Xbox 360 games in September 2016’s Games With Gold lineup. As for the Mickey Mouse game, one thing to be aware of is that it will be delisted on September 2, a representative for publisher Sega told Game Informer.

Anyone who already owns the game can redownload it on without issue, including presumably those who want to play on Xbox One. However, after September 2, it won’t be available to buy for newcomers on Xbox consoles and everywhere else it’s currently sold.

There are now more than 230 games in the Xbox One’s backwards compatibility lineup,. In other news about backwards compatibility, Square Enix and Amazon have teamed up to offer a deal where you can get a free backwards compatibility game.
