Netflix’s new series Dark which is a “family drama with a supernatural twist” per Netfli The show is first time Netflix has produced original content in Germany.
The series was announced at a press conference in Berlin this morning. It features a cast of largely unknown German actors, even in their homeland, in a 10-episode tale of a missing child that sets four families on a frantic hunt for answers. Their search for a culprit unearths a small town’s sins and secrets.
Dark is currently filming with Netflix aiming for a December 2017 release.
That looks pretty good, it has a STRANGER THINGS/BEYOND/THE OA sort of vibe and I liked all those so makes sense that I should like this too.
Plus if it’s on NETFLIX that’ll mean English subs!!!
