I am using the new windows 7 and I have nero 8, I see it nero 8 doesn’t work right, is there a patch or something to make it work or do I have to pay for nero 9 and nero 8 is usseless now?
    thx.

  2. Most cases companies don’t officially support their apps on beta OSes. But I would still check with Nero support about any patch they may have.

I would not be shocked that you may need to upgrade Nero for use on Windows 7. Microsoft may have change enough things that MS may not be able to get it to work in app compat mode and Nero may need to so many changes a new version will be require. I don’t know this for a fact, so that why it is best to contact Nero to get info from the source.

It gives me BSOD just by putting the install CD in my drive. This CD came with my MSI DVD burner. I suppose I’m going to have to return the thing.
