Michael Waldron, a former Rick and Morty writer and head writer on Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series Loki, has been set to pen the script for the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness MCU film.
Sam Raimi is in negotiations to make his return to the Marvel world as director of the project, taking over after Scott Derrickson exited over creative differences. Derrickson classily gave his blessing to Raimi on social media this week.
