Universal Pictures has premiered a new international trailer for director Paul Feig’s new holiday-themed feature Last Christmas.
Backed by numerous George Michael hits, Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke stars as a London Christmas-themed store employee who dresses as an elf all year round. She meets a man (Henry Golding) who starts to see through many of her barriers.
Michelle Yeoh, Sue Perkins, Ingrid Oliver and Emma Thompson co-star in the film which boasts a script by Thompson and playwright Bryony Kimmings. Feig says what drew him in is that it’s not a conventional romance piece but rather about one person putting their own life together.
The film will also include over the end credits a brand new unreleased nearly six-minute song by late Grammy-winning artist Michael.
Last Christmas opens November 8th in the U.S.
