Panasonic Japan has just announced the DY-PS10 wireless streamer. It will send videos, photos and audio from SDXC memory cards to Apple’s iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The device has a built-in 802.11g Wi-Fi to share the content and an integrated rechargeable battery that is said to last 4.5 hours.
Supported files include Panasonic’s Diga Video Recorder content from a camcorder, along with MP3 audio, H.264 video and JPEG images. The device ships in September in Japan for 14,800 Yen (about $190). The device hasn’t been announced for a US release, and isn’t likely to make it to the US market without changes.
