The HTC Holiday got its second reveal Saturday in a hint that it’s a US-bound device. The 4.5-inch, dual-core flagship should now have full-fledged LTE for its 4G on AT&T’s network. Engadget was told it should “amongst” the first AT&T LTE phones as well, although it might not beat the Motorola MB865.
Along with the screen and processor, it should carry both a back eight-megapixel camera and a front 1.3-megapixel camera. Android 2.3.4 will still be part of the software, but it could be AT&T’s first phone with HTC’s Sense 3.0 layer on top.
Whenever it ships, it might get an unusual Waikiki name rather than the Holiday codename. Still left to be answered are whether or not the Holiday will ship with the initial batch of hardware in late summer or even before the end of 2011.
