Dale Hensel is the co-founder of PIGtones.com, (Politically Incorrect GPS Tones).  The people at PIGtones are  hoping  they can become the “ring tones” of GPS systems

According to Hensel, the process is easy.  Step #1: purchase a GPS system , which reduces the chance of getting lost and wasting fuel. Step #2: replace standard  voices with PIGtones GPS voices via  connecting the GPS unit to a computer with a standard USB cable.

“It’s amazing how so few people know that Garmin  and Tom Tom GPS Systems can have their standard voices so easily replaced. Of course, we want PIGtones to do for GPS what ringtones did for cell phones.”

There are over a  dozen “voicetones” from the familiar celebrity impersonator voices (Arnold, “W”, Yoda, Elvis) to the risqué. There are voice samples for each on the site.  So their offering my not be everyone’s cup of tea.
