Google KeyboardGoogle has updated the standalone Google Keyboard application for Android devices with the goal of improving users’ typing accuracy.

The new software can be set to mine typing data from all the Google services on board the device (Gmail, Maps, Chrome. Hangouts, etc.). It will analyze that data and make automatic additions to the Personalized Suggestions. The data is stored locally on the phone or tablet, and not Google’s servers. The feature can also be turned off.

Google Keyboard is free to download from the Google Play Store.
