Foursquare has released an update to its Swarm app for iOS and Adnroid, now including mayor leaderboards.
A standalone app for check-ins, the new mayorship leaderboards display who among the user’s friends who has checked-in to the same location or proximity as they have. The competitive quality to the feature is now limited to circles of friends, as opposed to across the service.
Swarm is free to download for both iOS and Android users.
