Watchmen Collector Edition

Over the decades, Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ “Watchmen” has been released in a seemingly endless variety of formats. From the original single issue, to trade paperbacks, hardcovers, oversized Absolute and Artist Editions and more, the 12-part series has been reproduced in just about every manner fans could imagine.

Now, fans can buy the story once again in its single-issue format, with one major — and not at all cheap — change. DC Comics is releasing a box set of all 12 chapters, with each issue presented as a standalone hardcover.

Originally solicited in May, the hardcover box set is scheduled to arrive in stores November 16.
