dynastywarriors8Famitsu has revealed that Koei Tecmo is working on porting Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires to the PS Vita. The news was reported by Gemastu and while no release date has been announced yet, we do know that the PS Vita version of Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires will come with all of the games DLC.

Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires is the spin-off to Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends and was launched for the PS3, PS4, PC, and the Xbox One in February 2015 in North America and Europe. After its release, Koei Tecmo supported it with over 21 pieces of DLC which included things like costume packs, background music and customization items. In total all the games DLC ended up costing players over $202, but it will all be free in the PS Vita version.

Along with all of the console version’s DLC and online features, the PS Vita port will also include a new ‘Raid Mode’ for ad-hoc but beware because this mode is only for players looking for a real challenge. According to Gemastu, this mode will have its own rules and stronger enemies. And while this mode is built with co-op in mind, players can try and take it on by themselves if they wish.

Players will also be able to try Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires before it comes out as Koei Tecmo will be releasing an ‘Edit Mode Demo Version’ before the game releases. Players will be able to transfer their data from the demo over to the full game too.
