DXG, known for its ultra-affordable HD and 3D cameras, has merged the two with a launch of the DXG-5F9V 3D camcorder on Thursday. It can shoot 1080P videos in either 2D or 3D thanks to its dual lenses. There is also a flip-out, 3.2-inch LCD that produces glasses-free 3D.

Users can set the camera to shoot high-speed images at 720p quality and 60fps speeds rather than the 1080p/30fps setting. The camcorder sports both HDMI and USB outputs and includes the respective cables. The camera gets dual five-megapixel, 1/3.2-inch CMOS sensors and records onto SDHC memory cards.

The DXG-5F9V is now available for $300.

This is a fantastic piece of Tech! To be able to record your own 3d vids without glasses is going to bring 3D to the masses. Audiovisual Companies are going to be selling these in the bucket loads!
