Cricket Releases Samsung Messager

Cricket Communications, Inc., and Samsung, today announced the availability of the new Samsung Messager to Cricket customers.

The phone has a full QWERTY keyboard, a built-in 1.3 megapixel camera and an MP3 player.   Users can download a variety of application and games to the Messager.   The Messager is aimed primarily at customers who want to send text messages quickly and surf the web. The Messager is available navy blue and green and features stereo Bluetooth and file transfer capabilities. The Messager also includes a MicroSD slot.  

“Cricket customers want attractive devices that enhance their social lifestyles and we believe that the Samsung Messager strikes the right balance of features and functionality in a stylish device,” said Scott Edwards, senior vice president of marketing for Cricket. “Since the Samsung Messager allows users to quickly text message,swap photos, download applications, and listen to music, it should be a big hit with our customers. This array of features combined with Cricket’s unlimited messaging and Mobile Web services make the Samsung Messager a must-have device for customers who use our value driven product offering.”

Cricket services available to the phone include text and picture messaging, games & apps and mobile web. The Samsung Messager is immediately available at Cricket retail stores and Cricket dealers for $199.99.

    H3y I am going to try this new phone i am hoping that this will be great and last for a couple of months until i get a upgrade and get that new texter dream…..goodbye
