Corsair Unveils New RM-Series PSUs

Corsair this week added a brand new line of power supplies to its product portfolio. Dubbed the RM series, this line includes six new models of PSU and will replace the Corsair’s TX series. The RM series adds improved monitoring capability, as well as 80 PLUS Gold rated energy efficiency. These new PSUs are also quieter than those in the TX series. They feature low-noise capacitors and transformers and a Zero RPM Fan mode that only spins the PSU fan under the heaviest loads.

The RM1000 model comes with a Corsair Digital Bridge cable, which is optional with other models. All of the RM series PSUs come with low-profile black cables, but customers can also opt for individually sleeved cable kits in an array of colors. The line spans 450W to 1000W and ranges from $99.99 to $199.99 in price. Corsair is promising energy efficiency up to 90 percent (92 percent on 230 AC). Check the different models below:

No word on specific dates for release but Corsair is promising September availability.
