Ubisoft’s modern-day Wild West shooter, Call of Juarez: The Cartel is currently available for the Xbox 360 and PS3. However, it was revealed that the PC version has hit a snag and will be delayed until September 13th.

If you ordered the game via digital distribution like Steam, you can have the game queued up and ready but you won’t be able to access it until…September 13th. The reason for the delay? Who knows, they didn’t say. But if it’s for extra “polish” I guess I’m not complaining.

Still, most gamers will probably be keen to buy the game for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and in that regards the first-person shooter from Techland and Ubisoft is primed and ready for purchase from your local retailer.

If you want a brief summary of what the game is about feel free to check the official launch trailer for Call of Juarez below. Call of Juarez: The Cartel retails for $59.99 and is rated ‘M’ for Mature.
