The lineup of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One continues to grow. Microsoft and 2K Games on Thursday announced that 2009’s Borderlands will be one of the more than 100 titles supported on Xbox One through backwards compatibility when the feature rolls out to everyone in November.
Xbox One Preview Program members, however, can start playing the game today on Xbox One. Microsoft explains in a blog post today that, crucially, all Borderlands DLC is also making the jump from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. On top of that, your save file will also carry forward to the new platform, so if you never got around to finishing the game, now you’ll have another chance.
