It look the folks at Warner Brothers have changed the film title from Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) to the shorter Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey with the new title spotted on Regal and AMC websites. ScreenRant later confirmed it was at the request of the studio.
It is unlikely the title within the movie will be changed at this time.
