Collectors – take note! Bioware announced today it will be releasing a limited quantity Collector’s edition of Mass Effect 2 for XBox 360 and the PC.
The Collector’s edition comes out January 26th, 2010 in the US, and the 29th in the EU. The Standard Edition will be released at the same time.
Commander Shepard has access to new in-game weapons and armor exclusive to the Collector’s edition. People like unique – I wonder what the weapons and armor will be, and how they will look on screen?
But that’s not all… the Collector’s edition comes in a premium tin case filled with the full version of the game, a 48-page hardcover book titled “Art of Mass Effect 2”, Issue 1 of the Mass Effect Redemption comic book and a behind the scenes DVD which includes making-of videos.
Prices are as follows for the Mass Effect 2 Collector’s Edition : $59.99 for the PC version, and $69.99 for the XBox 360 edition.
