Honor today said the U.S. variant of the Honor 7x will be updated to Android 8 starting April 30.
In addition to the core Android 8 features, such as notification dots, autofill, and picture-in-picture, the update installs Huawei’s EMUI 8 skin. The skin makes a number of improvements to usability and performance and adds face unlock and Huawei’s floating navigation dock.
The Honor 7x has been available since late last year. It sells for $199.
