The first poster for “The Amazing Spider-Man,” isn’t for the movie – it’s for the film’s tie-in video game. Activision at New York Comic Con has confirmed that it is hard at work on the latest tale, which is set to arrive sometime this summer, probably at the same time as Sony Pictures’ upcoming film. The poster offers us a look at the modified costume, including a particularly clear view of Peter’s mechanical web-shooters.
The poster indicates that the game is being handled by Beenox, the same development team that worked on the previous Spider-Man games “Shattered Dimensions” and the recently released “Edge of Time.” Their prowess will no doubt be appreciated by fans, as they have a great idea of how Spider-Man’s versatility and combat work in a video game.
Though game platforms for “Amazing Spider-Man” arena’s revealed on the poster, we are sure it wil hit on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
