EchoSign’s service, which targets small and medium businesses, provides an online means to sign electronic documents and instant faxes. It also tracks the signed document, stores an electronic copy, and then manages the stored agreements. The solution been customized to work with APIs including Salesforce, Google Apps, Netsuite, SAP CLM, and Oracle CRM. It’s web-based and requires no software or hardware.

Adobe plans to incorporate EchoSign into SendNow for managed file transfer, FormsCentral for form creation, and CreatePDF for online PDF creation.
