Acer has quietly given its Aspire One 522 and 722 models a specification refresh. The 522 is a 10-inch netbook, while the 722 is an 11.6 sub-notebook both of which were powered by AMD’s 1GHz C-50 processors and Radeon 6250 integrated graphics on launch. A recent check now shows that they have been upgraded to AMD’s new C-60 processor and AMD’s latest integrated graphics processor, the Radeon HD 6290.

The 522 ships with 1GB of RAM, while the 722 ships with up to 4GB of RAM and can be configured with a 500GB hard drive. Both laptops have 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 6 cell batteries, and flash card readers.

As Acer made the upgrades without any fanfare, they also have not indicated whether the refreshed models will make it stateside. They are currently selling in Europe for 250 Euros and 400 Euros.
