Netflix has a new teaser trailer for their upcoming original series Ozark online. Watch it in the player below!
Jason Bateman (Arrested Development) stars in the series and also serves as an executive producer and director. Bateman stars as Marty Byrde, alongside Academy Award nominee Laura Linney (The Truman Show) as his wife Wendy.
The dark drama, which also stars Esai Morales (Chicago P.D.,), Julia Garner (The Americans), Marc Menchaca (Homeland), Jason Butler Harner (Ray Donovan) and Harris Yulin (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt)
The show explores capitalism, family dynamics and survival through the eyes of ordinary Americans. Well on the surface. Marty, a Chicago financial advisor, is a top money launderer for the second largest drug cartel in Mexico. When things go bad, Marty must uproot his family from Chicago and relocate to the lazy lake region of the Missouri Ozarks.
