Verbatim has re-worked its Bluetooth Wireless Mobile Keyboard to add features specific media control and function keys suited to iOS devices while keeping the keyboard compatible with other tablets and compatible smartphones. This new model allowa pairing with up to six devices. The compact, foldable keyboard also includes an iPhone stand.
The new version offers smart keys specifically for iOS functions including cut, copy, paste and undo, as well as brightness controls, a power-off switch and device locking keys. A carrying case for the keyboard is also included, making it easy to take alongside the mobile devices it is paired with.
The Bluetooth Wireless Mobile Keyboard is compatible with iPad, iPad 2, iPhone, iPod Touch, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab, the Motorola Xoom and other Android tablet or smartphones that have both Bluetooth and HID keyboard support. It runs on two AAA batteries and includes the initial set with the product. A Hot Key Compatibility Chart has been posted to show uses of various devices whether the hot keys will work with their device.
