Ultra Mobile has offered a new calling plan that includes 1,000 free voice minutes to a half dozen countries.
The Ultra Zero plan starts at $19 per month and offers the first 1,000 minutes to Canada, China, Mexico, Singapore, and the UK at $0.00 per minute ($0.01 per minute after 1,000 minute threshold). Ultra Mobile also drastically reduced the per minute cost to call Cuba, Nigeria, India, Haiti, Nepal, and Poland. The new plan also includes unlimited global text messaging.
Ultra Mobile is an MVNO that operates on T-Mobile’s network and serves those who regularly communicate with people outside the U.S.
