There was some concern from the fans that Lionsgate would be going for a PG-13 rating for The Expendables 2. TWell time to lay that worry to rest kids, the August 17 release has just officially been rated R for strong violence, language and brief sexuality. The first film was rated R for strong action and bloody violence, and for some language.
