Samsung recently made its ChatOn mobile messaging application available to all devices running Windows Phone. B
efore the latest update, ChatOn was restricted to Samsung Windows Phone hardware only. ChatOn is a cross-platform messaging service that uses the data connection on mobile devices to send messages back and forth. It can be used in avoid or help decrease SMS charges.
ChatOn is compatible with Android and iOS, in addition to Windows Phone.
The app is free to download and use, but it requires users to create a Samsung account.
