Polaroid Launches L7, L10 Android Tablets at CES – Shipping this Spring

Two new tablets produced by Southern Telecom bearing Polaroid branding will be shipping to the United States in the near future, the company revealed during CES. The Polaroid L7 and L10 are budget Android devices with displays measuring 7 inches and 10.1 inches respectively, though it appears that the tablets will be fairly generic units.

Details provided by the company are light, stating the two devices have “super-fast” quad-core processors running Android 5.0, front-mounted speakers, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Also notably missing are speifications relating to the screen’s resolution and, bearing in mind the Polaroid name, the resolutions of the front and rear cameras. The overall lack of detail combined with the $99 and $149 price points, depending on screen size, suggest these will not offer any major unique functions, even photographically. The two tablets are expected to ship this spring.
