Polarium Advance, Big Brain Academy Coming to the Wii U Virtual Console Tomorrow

Nintendo has revealed that two classic handheld titles are heading to the Wii U’s Virtual Console tomorrow. The first is Big Brain Academy for the DS. It was developed by Nintendo and originally released in 2005. It will cost $6.99 on the Wii U’s eShop.

Big Brain Academy brings fresh entertainment anyone young and young at heart can enjoy. It’s the perfect way to challenge and stimulate your mind. Test your mental acuity in a five-category quiz: thinking, memorization, computation, analysis, and identification.

The second is Polarium Advance. Developed by Mitchell Corporation for the Game Boy Advance and originally released in 2005, it’s a sequel to the DS game Polarium. Yes, the Game Boy Advance title is a sequel to DS game. It will also cost $6.99 according to its hub page.

Create horizontal rows of the same color to clear the board. There are 365 puzzles, with many modes and special titles that will challenge your mind. Get familiar with the rules and try practicing on a few levels, play against the clock, or create your very own puzzles!
