We recently heard from Marvel head Kevin Feige that the upcoming “Incredible Hulk” TV series will focus on the early days of Bruce Banner, years before the character gets involved with The Avengers. Now, in interview with head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb, IGN was able to get a few more details about the new ABC show.

Loeb revealed that the Hulk that many fans recently got to see in “The Avengers” trailer is the Hulk that will appear in the TV show. This means that Marvel will have to push the limits of CGI technology to develop the series on a budget. One way the company will save money is by recycling the Hulk from “The Avengers” for the TV show.

The story will focus on the relationship between Bruce and Betty Ross at the very beginning of the Hulk’s existence. Ruffalo will not be playing Bruce; a much younger actor will be cast.
