Apple has made a small announcement that the Smart Case has been redesigned. Changes to the case are small, but the accessory now covers the whole of the iPad while retaining the functionality of the original Smart Case.
The new Smart Case includes a polyurethane cover that protects the back of the iPad. It is available in six colors, and it can still be reshaped into a movie or keyboard-oriented stand.
Available on Apple’s site for $50, the Smart Case can be laser-engraved free of charge.
