I Can Do That - Season 1NBC has renewed summer reality series “I Can Do That” for a second season. The Universal TV series challenges celebrities to work with coaches to learn new acts to be performed in front of an audience. The final winner is determined not by eliminations but at the end of the season by audience votes.

It’s based on an Israeli property produced by Armoza Formats that has been exported to date to 15 territories including Brazil, Spain, Finland and Mexico. NBC has ordered eight episodes for season two, up from six for the cycle that ended Wednesday night.

“This series thrust our celebrities out of their comfort zones and into exciting, unpredictable situations and they rose to the occasion each week,” said Paul Telegdy, NBC’s president of alternative and latenight programming.
