Marvel has released another “Civil War II” character-centric teaser, this time starring Hawkeye. Hawkeye wasn’t involved in Marvel’s original “Civil War” that ran from 2006 to 2007, but the live-action version of the character (as played by Jeremy Renner) is a major part of Captain America’s team in the upcoming Marvel Studios film “Captain America: Civil War.”
“Civil War II” is set to start in June, from the creative team of writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist David Marquez. This time around, the conflict is between Iron Man and Captain Marvel, over whether or not it’s right to stop crimes before they happen. The event series is set to start in June, preceded by a #0 issue in May by Bendis and artist Olivier Coipel.
