Mac gamemaker Feral Interactive is bringing another entry in the popular Lego movie-based games to Mac with the release of Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues on April 28th. The title, which has been very successful on other desktop and console platforms, was originally developed by TT Games in association with Lucasfilm. The game includes elements from all four of the Indiana Jones movies along with additional elements.

Players guide the Lego version of Jones through his various adventures, including the most recent entry, 2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The game also features new vehicles, new animations and new characters — along with a full level editor, a character creator and an adventure creator so that players can make the game uniquely their own.

Another new feature is the co-operative multiplayer mode that allows a second player to drop in at any point in the game to assist — or annoy — Jones. If the two characters move too far apart, the screen splits to keep both in view so each can continue playing.

Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues requires a 1.4GHz or faster Intel Mac with at least 2GB of RAM, a 128MB or better graphics card, and OS X 10.6.4. or later. The Nvidia 7xxx series and the Intel GMA chipsets are not supported. The game will retail for $30 and will also be available digitally through the Mac App Store and Feral Interactive directly. Feral is already accepting pre-orders on the game now.
