Harold Perrineau is the latest name to join the cast of Kathryn Bigelow’s still-untitled Osama bin Laden film, Deadline reports.
The project, which reunites Bigelow with The Hurt Locker screenwriter Mark Boal, deals with a black ops SEAL team and was recently updated to include the successful operation that took down Osama bin Laden.
Perrineau is best known for playing Michael Dawson on “LOST” on television and, on the big screen, for roles in “The Matrix” sequels, 28 Weeks Later and, most recently, Seeking Justice. He joins an ensemble cast that already includes Joel Edgerton, Jessica Chastain, Edgar Ramirez, Mark Strong, Kyle Chandler, Nash Edgerton and Jennifer Ehle.
