Apple has released a minor update of iTunes, v11.0.4. The patch copes with two glitches in the software, including one that would cause iTunes to crash when switching between USB and Wi-Fi sync. The other forced people to repeatedly enter their Apple ID at the iTunes Store, even after having logged in just recently.
There so far appear to be no feature additions in the release, which is available for both Mac and Windows users. The last update brought the surprise addition of an enhanced Songs view, and a better MiniPlayer incorporating a progress bar and the ability to enlarge album art.
