Hollywood Game Night Is Back for Season 4 On January 5

Jane-lynchJane Lynch is returning to NBC’s “Hollywood Game Night’s” fourth season on Jan. 5 with a slew of celebrity friends. Lynch, who has won the Emmy two years in a row for outstanding host for a reality or reality-competition program for her work on “Hollywood Game Night,” has hosted the show since its debut in July 2013.

Eva Longoria — who’s joining the NBC family in 2016, as the star of the network’s upcoming comedy “Telenovela” — is among the famous faces who will participate in Season 4, as “Hollywood Game Night” brings celebrities together with ordinary contestants who compete in party games for the chance to win up to $25,000.

Other guests are Geena Davis, Mira Sorvino, Helen Hunt, Kate Walsh, Taye Diggs, Tony Hale, Laverne Cox, Miranda Cosgrove, Ryan Eggold, Ta’Rhonda Jones, Bellamy Young, Ben Feldman, Lea Thompson, Marlon Wayans, Mario Lopez, Ciara, Hunter Hayes, Melissa Etheridge, Estelle, Kesha, Abby Wambach, Al Michaels, Chris Jericho, Tara Lipinski, Apolo Ohno, Nate Burleson, Maurice Jones Drew, Rich Eisen and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley.

The third season of “Hollywood Game Night” averaged a 1.5 rating in adults 18-49 and 5.3 million viewers overall, according to Nielsen’s “live plus-7” estimates. The game show won its Tuesday night 10:00 p.m. time slot, running undefeated opposite competing networks last summer. The renewal was announced at the time of NBC’s Upfront presentation.
