Tonight the headlining act could be your neighbor, your co-worker, even your best bud. That’s right, at some 20 venues across the US, would-be rock stars will have the chance to have top billing at their own favorite watering holes. Harrah’s Entertainment and MTV Games have teamed up to bring the nation’s biggest Rock Band gaming competition…a battle of the bands like no one has seen before.
Some 20 Rock Band bands from around the US and Canada will have a chance to compete at the BIG EVENT in Atlantic City July 4th weekend. The winning band takes home $10K and gets to meet Ringo Starr. Additionally, the venue with the most competitors will have a chance to meet Harmonix, the guys behind the most rockin’ video game.
