20th Century Fox has premiered the second trailer for James Gray’s long-awaited new sci-fi epic Ad Astra.
Gray and Ethan Gross (Fringe) penned the script in which astronaut Roy McBride (Brad Pitt) travels to the outer edges of the solar system to find his missing father (Tommy Lee Jones) and unravel a mystery that threatens the survival of humans on Earth.
His journey will uncover secrets that challenge the nature of human existence and our place in the cosmos.
Ruth Negga, Liv Tyler, Donald Sutherland, Jamie Kennedy, Kimberly Elise, John Ortiz and John Finn co-star in the film which Pitt, Gray, Marc Butan, Anthony Katagas, and Rodrigo Teixeira produce.
Ad Astra comes To he Big screen on September 20th.
