Final Season Of Marvel’s Jessica Jones Has A Release Date And New Trailer

Netflix’s final Marvel series is wrapping up. The streaming service has dropped the first teaser for Marvel’s Jessica Jones Season 3, the last installment in the adventures of its eponymous heroine (played by Krysten Ritter), and it looks like the final bow will be quite eventful.

The new season is expected to pit Jessica Jones against a highly intelligent psychopath — one she’ll need Trish (Rachael Taylor) to help vanquish. However, their strained relationship will still be an issue, and they’ll suffer a devastating loss that illuminates their differences on matters of heroism.

Marvel’s Jessica Jones is the last Netflix-MCU series and was canceled in February alongside The Punisher, which had just aired its second season on Netflix. The news was no surprise, however, since the streaming service had previously given the ax to all of its Marvel properties, including Marvel’s Iron Fist, Marvel’s Luke Cage, and Marvel’s Daredevil.

Jessica Jones Season 3 debuts on Netflix on Friday, June 14. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently available to stream on Netflix.
