Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden Gets a Japanese Release Date

Dragon Ball Z Extreme ButodenDragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden will launch for 3DS in Japan on June 11 for 5,690 yen, the latest issue of V Jump magazine has reported.

First-print copies of the 2D fighting game will include a “Golden Frieza” Dragon Ball Discross disc, a code to download Dragon Ball Z: Butoden 2 for Super Nintendo on 3DS, and a Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F movie Goku card for use with the Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game.

The magazine also reveals that players with Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2 save data on their 3DS will be able to summon the power of Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta.

Next month’s issue of V Jump will include a QR code to download a demo of Extreme Butoden from the Nintendo eShop. Data from the demo will carry over to the full game and include two special bonuses: a playable Resurrection F Goku, and your power level from the demo carried over.
