DC Comics has announced the Earth 2: World’s End weekly series. The publisher will target the alternate reality Earth in the third weekly title to arrive this year, reports Nerdist.
Daniel H Wilson, Tom Taylor, Paul Levitz, Marguerite Bennet and Mike Johnson will write the series alongside artists Eddy Barrows, Jorge Jimenez, Stephen Segovia, Paulo Siqeira and Tyler Kirkham.
Earth 2: World’s End will follow the recently launched Batman Eternal and Futures End – which is set five years in the future – onto DC’s weekly slate. The publisher did not offer any further information about the series, which co-publisher Dan DiDio first teased in February. Ben Oliver has provided a teaser image for the comic.
Earth 3: World’s End will debut in October.
