Lionsgate has put in ink March 1st 2019 as the release date for director Doug Liman’s (Edge of Tomorrow) post-apocalyptic thriller Chaos Walking based on the YA novels by Patrick Ness.
Tom Holland (Spider-Man Homecoming) and Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) will star in the film set in a world where all women have been killed by a germ and all living creatures can hear one another’s thoughts in a stream of images, words and sounds called Noise.
Holland will play a young man forced to flee his town with his dog who comes upon a strange sight: a girl (Ridley).
Oscar-winning screenwriter Charlie Kaufman and Money Monster writer Jamie Linden both worked on the script.
